Andrew W. Skolnick received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 1989 and obtained his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992. Mr. Skolnick’s practice includes all aspects of federal and state civil litigation in matters involving medical malpractice, serious personal injury and product liability. Mr. Skolnick has represented victims of medical malpractice involving nursing home neglect; hospital and emergency room negligence; failure to diagnose cancer; surgical errors; failure to diagnosis and timely treat infection and birth injury. Prior to joining Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg & Knuff, Mr. Skolnick represented litigants in civil cases for more thirteen years. He has tried numerous jury cases to verdict on behalf of victims of negligence. Mr. Skolnick is admitted to practice in the Connecticut state courts as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut.
